As I've said, no non-Asian foods, please. Also I'm very partial to raw and silken tofu with Japanese and Korean flavors and short-grain rice. Stir-fried and some deep fried tofu goes best with jasmine rice. I don't enjoy outside of these parameters. I like it in soups and miso but I just think I have never had a knock your socks off tofu dish. I think the only times when I'm disappointed by tofu is when people use it as replacement for something else (tofu vegan cheesecake, etc.).
